Most economists agree that America is making an economic comeback; although the climb has been slow, things are transitioning out of the recession and into recovery. Many entrepreneurs are seeing huge opportunities in business development and growth during this new economic revival.
Although American isn’t out of the woods yet in regards to the recession, many business owners are taking the slow progression as an opportunity to build their empire while competitors are scaling back to weather the storm.
I have been able to increase revenue by 600% simply by franchising the business I worked hard to create.
“When the recession hit, my plumbing business obviously took a big hit. At first, I was worried about how I was going to be able to provide for my family, my employees and their families,” stated Ted Steeling, a Houston, Texas business owner. “Then, I had a revelation. I realized that the biggest hurdle of starting a new plumbing business was creating a brand and marketing the company. My company has been in business for over 20 years, so my brand and my company’s reputation carry a lot of weight.”
Everything started when Steeling’s nephew decided he wanted to go into business like his uncle whom he admired; the company name and reputation branched out as did the profits.
“My nephew was able to really explode the business quickly. The kids have ways with their Instagrams and their Facebook’s to attract a ton of new business,” stated Steeling. “I was really surprised. It wasn’t long before I had other people approaching me asking for the same deal after seeing how well my nephew did in such a short amount of time.”
Steeling realized if he was going grow his business, he was going to need to branch out in the right directions. “I hired Pierre LaCour to franchise my business and to make sure that this was a wealth asset that would bring my family income after I’m gone,” said Steeling.
“In the past two years I have been able to increase revenue by 600% simply by franchising the business I worked hard to create,” added Steeling.
“Franchising is a great strategy because it’s a way to grow your businesses brand and of course revenue leveraging other people’s capital and hard work. You have created the brand and the system, now let your business work for you,” Pierre LaCour commented.
